Started with Zsolt a few months ago now, and I’m having a cracker of a time, currently the fittest I’ve ever been. He’s been so helpful throughout the whole process. Gives me pointers when I need them, he’s honest, helpful and a great coach! Will be staying a part of the ZD team for the foreseeable future!

I started working with Zsolt after my first Ironman 70.3 in February where I posted a time of 5hrs 38mins. 10 months later and I have completed three 70.3 races over an hour quicker and have also qualified for the 70.3 World Champs. Zsolt is professional, passionate and will get you results.

Best coaching ive had really enjoyed every part of it always communicates well and cares alot about his athletes couldnt recommend zsolt anymore very impressed!
